A new developed LED miner’s lamp of which the length of life
can arrive more than 50,000 hours. Its main light source is
equipped with the top-ranking LED luminotron in present world.
When the lamp life ended, it doesn’t need to replace the LED bulb.
For the subsidiary light source, there are 6 pieces of LED luminotron
to encircle the main light source and the time of continuous discharging
is more than 50 hours. Because of the special designed light distribution
system, the luminous flux can be more than 30Lm. The headlamp
adopts the electronic switch, which is light-touch type button. The main light
Source adopts the drive unit with linear constant current. Brightness of the
bulb is steady going.
The battery pile adopts safe and environmental protection type lithium ion battery, which characterizing no memory, no maintenance and reliable. Inside the battery pile, there is an intelligent controller, which is a multi-functioned protector during charging and discharging, so that the miners cap lamp can be charged by various rack charger (not the specified charger any more). The cable outlet on the battery pile adopts the cable-locking device, which is a patent design characterized with waterproof, high pull strength and easy for replacing. It can be widely used for lighting in those occasions, which exist inflammable, explosive, mixed gases.
